Waited 45minutes to get a clerk to get help with my elderly mother account. They never submitted paperwork. After two months, didn't informed me about it. They are the only bank in town and they are taking advantage of the elderly. I will look into legal action concerning this abuse.
Never any lines. Tellers are very nice. Always quick to get in, get business done, and get on my way.
ONE BANK IN THIS TOWN! After paying $3.50 to use their ATM, I walk inside and they would not give me change for the 20 because I didn't have an account there. They were NOT friendly about it either! WORST BANK EXPERIENCE EVER!!
